School and
Educational Visits

We give children an early sense of the wonder of magic and what they can learn from it.

This event is now full for 2023, please add your name to the waiting list by emailing

This is a school trip like no other – an interactive experience which will give children a fascinating insight into the performance and history of magic. Pupils (and teachers) will learn a simple effect or two to take home and amaze their friends and family. They will visit our museum and hear about some of the fascinating objects within it. They will witness some jaw-dropping close-up magic and visit our theatre for a short history lesson laced with examples performed on stage. This event is informative, educational and – of course – entertaining.

This is aimed at KS1 and KS2 classes. We can take three groups of 30 children plus accompanying adults/teachers.

Dates: By arrangement – typically a Monday morning.

Times: Times: 11am until 1pm

Venue: The Magic Circle, 12 Stephenson Way, Euston, NW1 2HD

Lunch: Unfortunately dining space is not available on the premises but Regents Park and the British Library are nearby.

If you feel your school is interested in having this experience and wish to discuss dates, please contact

The charity "The Magic Circle Foundation" sponsors educational visits to The Magic Circle. This is in line with the Foundation’s aim to educate and preserve the heritage regarding the history of the magical arts. As a result, state school events are provided at no charge.
