This award recognises a performer for outstanding comedy in magic. The award is a framed portrait of Carlton, The Human Hairpin, who was Britain’s leading comedy magician in the early 20th century. Winners include Ali Bongo, John Archer, Mandy Muden, Paul Daniels and John van der Put (aka Piff the Magic Dragon).
