Although he ceebrated his 90th birthday last week he is still remarkably active and on the ball. As I’m sure you know, he was a very good friend with Ken Brooke from when Ken was still in Leeds, and indeed considered Ken a mentor, from whom he learned many routines. He has invented, adapted and routined many items since then and obvioulsy has a plethora of anecdote about both Ken and Paul Daniels (with whom he and his family were close friends with).
